Ron Blacks opened in December 2002. The contemporary design, with its extravagant lamp shades and marble bar counters, bears all the hallmarks of a chic New York Bar whilst remaining firmly in Dublin with subtle art features.

The Dawson Street location gives the bar a high profile and it has quickly become a Dublin favourite.

Ron Blacks endeavours to compliment its surroundings with a level of service to match, such as a wine-by-the glass offer and an extensive cocktail list. The lunchtime menu consists of a range of hearty soups, grilled sandwiches and traditional main courses with daily specials.
